This arched door was custom made to fit the existing opening in the house. It is constructed out of solid poplar with a curved piece of glass in the upper half.

order to make the curved door jamb, 14 foot long poplar boards were milled
to 4 1/2" wide by 1/16th" thick and curved around a form and
glued
