Restaurant Bar

Here are some shots of the bar in the final stages of installation. Unfortunately the Second Cup Cafe of Bethel, VT has closed. But it was a fun project and required some interesting last minute changes onsite with a skill saw and router!

The curved bar follows an approximate 6' radius with seating for four.

The top is 1 1/2" thick solid maple and the base will be painted with beadboard covering the outside.

Originally the bar was designed to go against the right wall and end in the middle of the room. But at the last minute the client decided to put it in between the two posts. Shown below is the original design. Onsite the vertical cabinet was removed and the top re-cut and re-routed. Backside of the bar with open shelving
